REGENERATE
Meeting Human Needs With Dignity.
The ability to meet basic human needs with dignity sits central to a holistic peace. With this in mind, REJOICE is a OneTribe program that empowers women and girls to sew washable sanitary pads and make liquid soap.
These skills help keep girls healthier and in school. Women remain engaged in community life and pursue economic opportunities for themselves and their families.
Further, our REGENERATE program equips communities with local farming skills that help tend and nurture the soil, increasing food security while restoring the land to God’s intended purposes.
REJOICE
REJOICE, our training initiative that empowers women and girls to sew washable sanitary pads and make liquid soap creates access to education and sustainable opportunities that help transform female life. Pivotal in our process is providing sustainable ways for girls and women to address monthly menstrual cycles that often mean they cannot attend school or pursue viable work. Washable sanitary pads are game changers in this equation and equipping women and girls to sew their own pads and make liquid soap imparts dignity. It also offers life-changing skills that are being creatively adapted for use in many other ways. As girls and women learn new skills and female health information from local trainers, they rise to become leaders in their schools and communities.
Since holistic peace includes meeting human needs, OneTribe’s REJOICE equips women and girls with important livelihood skills training to care for themselves and their families with dignity. Through community workshops that also include God-centered peace education training, women and girls learn to sew washable sanitary pads and make liquid and solid soap for personal care and as economic opportunities.

REGENERATE
REGENERATE is OneTribe’s newly introduced enhanced farming training that equips communities with local farming skills, helping tend and nurture the soil, increase food security, and restore the land to God’s intended purposes.These skills help sustainably address hunger and the growing prevalence of malnutrition by way of higher yield agricultural outputs.
